Robert Goulet

It's hard to believe it, but my little brother, Robert (#8), turns 41 today!!  It doesn't seem possible.

Goulet family 1973

(Robert sure reminds me of Dominic in this picture)

I remember when he was a brand new baby in the bassinet, I crawled on the edge of it and was looking in at him and the bassinet somewhat collapsed (at the front) and Mom had to catch it.  (I've always loved babies!)

Robert, like me, is one of the more emotional kids of the eleven.

Robert went through a phase when he was a boy of asking Mom at bedtime... "Mom, is it tonight? Is the house going to burn down tonight?"

Robert threw a rock in the dark once, and hit me smack in the forehead. (I don't think he intended to, but I got him in BIG trouble for it anyway!)

Robert has been a policeman for several years, but is currently changing careers and putting himself back through school. I admire him for that.

I hope you have a Happy Birthday, Rob!!

Here are some sweet photos of you that make me smile!

Girl, you have the best family stories. I really, really think you should write a book!
