227–Cubbie Christmas Fun

Aren’t they the cutest things ever? (Can you find Jodi in there?)

Tonight was our last Awana club meeting before Christmas.  It was also “pajama night” so the kids could wear pajamas to church if they wanted to.  We had a little fun night for them…with rooms set up with little games for them to play … and, of course, to get candy.  They also had their face’s painted with little snowmen, snowflakes, Christmas trees, or stockings.  They had such a fun time, but they were SO wired! Ha!

At the end of the night, I heard one of the boys say to his mom when she came to get him, “Mommy, I’m sorry to tell you that I got time out tonight… AND I didn’t say my verse.” (I must have missed him getting time out.)

By the end of the night, I was worn slap out, though.  Much like Izzy…
