Izzy is kind of lonely tonight. Daisy (the dog) is staying the night at the vet after being spayed today. She’ll get to come home tomorrow, but this is pretty much what Izzy did all evening.

There is no heat like wood heat!
We haven't built our first fire yet - I can't wait!
I love a wood fire, but alas, we don't have a fireplace or wood heater.

aww, i used to lay right in front of there...oh, how i miss flippin!
every time i see/hear/smell a wood burning stove, i always think of my granny and papaw. takes me back to being a kid! i used to beg to put the wood in! :)
this gives me warm fuzzies :)
I love that it is finally getting cold. I hope it stays that way for a while.
